Hereinafter Advancing Humanity S.R.L. (the "Company"), with registered office at Via Tolmezzo 15, 20132 Milan, Italy, in its capacity as data controller, provides you with the following pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation no. 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, the information regarding the processing of your personal data that the Company collects when you fill out the form to offer its services and maintain the working relationship with you.

The personal data that the Society usually uses include, but are not limited to: first name, last name, e-mail address.

Why do we use personal data about you (purpose)?

The Company collects and processes personal data for marketing purposes (sending commercial/promotional communications), through automated contact methods (such as e-mail, sms or mms) about the Company's products/services, invitations to events, market surveys and statistical analysis.

On what legal basis do we use your personal data?

The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject (Art. 6 par. 1(a) of the GDPR).

Are you required to provide us with the personal data we request?

You are not obligated to provide us with your personal information. In fact, filling out the data collection form is only for the purpose of sending you commercial and/or promotional communications and is based on your consent.

How long do we keep your personal information?

The Company has the right to retain your personal data for the duration of the lead generation activity, in any case, until you object to the processing of your personal data (opt-out).

After the retention periods just indicated have expired, the data will be destroyed or anonymized, consistent with the technical procedures for deletion and backup.

Who are the individuals authorized to process?

The data may be processed by employees of the company functions assigned to the pursuit of the above purposes, who have been expressly authorized to process the data and have received appropriate operational instructions.

Do we transfer your personal information to third parties?

Personal data may be communicated to parties acting as data controllers (such as, but not limited to, supervisory and control authorities and any public entity entitled to request the data) or that to parties processed the personal data, on behalf of the Company, designated as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR, to whom appropriate operational instructions are given (such as, but not limited to, companies that perform the consulting service). We will share your data with the government, police, legislature or authorities where, in our sole discretion, we believe we are legally obligated or authorized to do so or in the event that it is the most prudent course of action.

Do we transfer your data outside the European Union?

Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EEA by the Data Controller. However, Facebook (Meta), Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin may transfer personal data to countries outside the EEA.
